OVERVIEW
The specially designed fiber laser, with extremely high power output stability, with suitable heat sink, can be directly installed in the original laser drive module of the TP500 tool, directly replacing the original pump laser and probe laser used in THERMA-WAVE TP500 tool.
KEY FEATURES
- High stability fiber laser, polarization maintaining fiber output.
- Consistent laser diode pin definition with original laser, soldered directly to the original laser power control board without any modifications.
- Corresponding to the pump laser, the output power is 45MW and the wavelength is 785 NM; Corresponding to the probe laser, the output power is 10 MW and the wavelength is 670 NM.
- The specially designed heat sink can be installed directly in the thermostat of the original laser module.
- We can also provide customers with paid installation services, replace our lasers for customers, and complete the necessary performance parameter tests.
