Hosting and access data
This preview uses Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Requests involve technical connection data such as IP address, time and requested resource. The intended basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for secure operation. Contracting entities, processing agreements, international transfer arrangements and retention periods must be confirmed before public launch.
Inquiries
Name, company, email, equipment model and message are processed to handle your request. Depending on the request, Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR is intended. Messages are sent through STRATO SMTP from website@adsemtech.de to sales@adsemtech.de. A receipt is sent to the address supplied. Retention periods and the processing arrangements must be finalised during legal review.
Preferences and external media
Language is stored locally when you select it. After confirmation, the necessary privacy choice is saved in this browser for up to six months; the notice then appears again. No analytics or advertising trackers are used. YouTube links open the external website only when clicked. No videos are embedded and no optional cookies are currently active. Cookie settings are always available in the footer.
Spam protection
The form uses a session cookie, a short-lived arithmetic challenge, a hidden spam field and temporary request limits based on a hashed connection address. No third-party CAPTCHA service is loaded. The session cookie is required for the form function; the intended basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Abuse prevention is intended under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. No inquiry text is stored in the rate-limit files.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn with future effect. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner. For privacy requests contact sales@adsemtech.de.
Automatic acknowledgment
After successful submission, an automatic acknowledgment is sent to the email address supplied. It includes a reference number and does not reproduce your message. A receipt failure does not cancel an inquiry that has already been sent.
Visitor counter
A first-party counter records only the total number of page loads since activation. It adds no cookies and does not itself retain IP addresses, visitor identifiers or individual browsing histories. Reloading counts again; switching language within the same loaded page does not. Technical processing of connection data by the hosting provider is separate from this counter.
